Growing

Sawyer is really growing. Its amazing to see the new things that he does every day. One of my next jobs is to clean out his closet and drawers and put away all of the clothes that are too small. That makes me sad! He does not fit into most of the stuff that he wore when he was smaller. I am so thankful that we got so many nice clothes for Sawyer at both of my baby showers. Everyone was so generous! Unfortunately, most of the clothes were in smaller sizes so we do not have much in the bigger sizes! We are okay for now, but after cleaning out the drawers, I can see what he needs and hopefully find some good deals on some things in bigger sizes for spring and summer. I cant believe how much he has grown! He is my little love!

Competition

This weekend Lifesong attended its first real competition of the season. It was Talent on Parade in Fort Worth. I did not take my team dances to compete, it was just an optional competition for some of our soloists. In addition to our group dances, they work really hard on solos, so there are extra competitions just for those to compete their solos. All of the girls did amazing! I was so proud. Here are a few pictures from this weekend and from a couple of weekends ago when we had an exhibition performance.

Uggs

I dressed my baby boy in some super cute baby Uggs today. He had them on for less than 5 minutes when I found him with one boot off, chewing on the boot. LOL!

Beautiful Day!

Today is a beautiful day outside. We have the blinds up and bright beautiful light is streaming through the windows, making it super cheery inside. Sawyer has been in a great mood today. Here are some pictures of him sitting up in his pack and play in the living room. He is all smiles today!

Yesterday, we went over to Kinsey and Tucker's house to play! They live in Coppell. We had so much fun!
Hopefully these boys will be friends when they grow up and they can look back and laugh at these pictures!

7 Months Old

Sawyer is 7 months old today.

I say this every time he gets a month older, but it just seems like yesterday when I gave birth to him! I cant believe how much he has grown!

Sawyer has done alot in the last month. He began eating baby foods a month ago. So far he has tried: Green Beans, Pears, Peas, Peaches, Carrots, Bananas, and Sweet Potatoes (in that order).

His favorite BY FAR are the Peaches. He LOVES Peaches. He gobbles them up so fast!

Sawyer has also made friends with our doggies, Abby and Scout. He watches them play from his high chair in the kitchen. Mealtime is extra fun, because not only does he get to eat yummy food, he gets to watch the doggies! He sqeals and screams at them. We also let Sawyer look at the doggys through the gate that separates the kitchen and the living room (the dogs are gated in the kitchen). Sawyer stands at the gate (with help from Mommy or Daddy of course) and talks to the dogs. They sometimes lick his fingers through the gate and he laughs. When he is bigger, we will let him have more interaction with the doggies, but right now he is still too little. I know he will have alot of fun with them!

I am so in love with my little boy. He has the best smile, that just lights up a room! We are so thankful to have him in our lives!

I Couldn't Wait!

Sawyer got his pictures taken on Monday. The purpose of the trip was to get some pictures to send out for Valentines. I got the link to the pictures today and I couldnt wait to post some of them on here. I have saved the ones that will go out for Valentines, so those will be a surprise. These are low resolution images- so they may not be that great. To get a high resolution image you have to order the picture CD, which is 99 bucks plus tax, so Im not sure if we will be doing that. But in the meantime, enjoy the adorableness of Sawyer!

SuperBowl Sunday

Today we went to a SuperBowl party at our friends Steve and Erin's house. They live near us in Denton. We had alot of fun. It was Sawyer's first SuperBowl! He was rooting for Arizona, so he was sad that they lost. But we all had fun! Here are some pictures of the day:
